Gmina Dobre is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Radziejów County, Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship, in north-central Poland. Its seat is the village of Dobre, which lies approximately 6 kilometres (4 mi) north of Radziejów and 40 km (25 mi) south of Toruń.

The gmina covers an area of 70.77 square kilometres (27.3 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 5,505.
